The displayed price of each service is in dinars (RSD) excluding VAT. In the case of a reduction in the price of the service, the previous price of the service is shown, which has been crossed out, as well as the new price that is valid.
The prices of all products are formed and changed in accordance with the business policy, without the obligation of prior notice.
Given that the moment of purchase confirmation can be several days after adding the product to the basket, the prices of all products that have been added to the basket are updated at the moment of purchase confirmation, so the final price that will be calculated must always be checked in the specification when confirming the purchase.

Data entry for delivery

When confirming the purchase, the customer is obliged to enter the correct data for the delivery of the service: first and last name, address (street and exact number), contact phone number where they are available and e-mail.
All customer data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.


Clients can make payments in the following ways:

  • payment by payment cards online
  • payment by bank transfer/online banking

Payment with Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Dina and American Express payment cards is realized in cooperation with Banca Intesa AD Beograd and is done on a separate page by simply entering data from your payment card.
After you enter your card details and confirm the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and your order is approved and in the process of being prepared for delivery.
In accordance with the Agreement with Banca Intesa ad Beograd, the payment card processor, the payment card data entered by the customer during payment are not available to our system.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

Service delivery

No later than 24 hours after the recorded payment, the customer is sent an invitation via email to access all materials for working on the paid course. Dates for individual lessons, workshops and group courses are agreed by agreement, in terms of specifying the exact dates. It is possible to arrange appointments first, and then make the payment.

Changing or cancelling an order

Customers can modify or completely cancel the order at any time after the order confirmation until the moment of starting to use the online courses without any additional costs. For any change or cancellation, it is best to contact us as soon as possible by email to the address jelena.c.rapos@gmail.com

Claims policy

If the customer is not satisfied with the service delivered to him, he can file a complaint, that is, get a refund for the paid service.
In the case of video courses, complaints are possible no later than 15 days from the day of approval of access to the course. In order for the complaint to be accepted, it is necessary to state exactly what the customer is not satisfied with, i.e. how the course did not meet expectations.
In the case of individual and group lessons, as well as workshops, the complaint must be made no later than 24 hours after the first class/workshop, and the cause of the dissatisfaction must be explained in detail.

The complaint must contain: customer identification data (name and surname, e-mail address registered during the order), order number, as well as a detailed description of the complaint.
JCR English approaches the resolution of every complaint immediately upon receipt, but depending on the content of the complaint and the need to investigate several factors, the deadline for responding to the complaint is 7 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
After considering the complaint and when it is determined that the above conditions for the complaint have been met, JCR English will, if it is agreed, make a modification/replacement to the customer, or if the customer wants a refund, JCR English will make the refund in the same way as the payment was made and that the full amount of the product paid for.
The basic principle that guides JCR English in resolving complaints is that of a good merchant who cares about the satisfaction of his customers.

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, JCR English is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.

Intelectual Property Protection

The customer obliges not to share access to the platform where the courses and other materials are located, as well as recordings of classes/workshops, with other persons due to ethics, copyright and intellectual property protection.

Protection of Customer Privacy

The collection, processing and storage of data about customers is carried out in accordance with the current legislation (Act on Protection of Personal Data). When registering customers, only necessary, basic data about customers and data necessary for the successful implementation of our service must be entered. Additional data required for better information of customers and creation of special, customized offers are optionally entered by customers. Customers can at any time modify or delete some of the data they have entered or request the deletion of all personal data they have entered and which are stored in our system. All customer and order data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees, as well as business partners to whom this data is accessible due to the performance of their work, are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor of Banca Intesa AD Beograd, so the entire payment process is performed on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.
