JCR English is an online English learning center which has been enjoying the trust of people around the world for more than five years. We maintain that trust by being professional, organized, and caring deeply about satisfying the learning needs to our learners.
We do our best to adapt our classes to the pace, needs, interests and goals of each and every one of our learners.
In our classes, they do most of the talking. We, the teachers, are there to guide them: ask questions and follow up questions, encourage them to respond using full sentences, help them correct themselves whenever possible, or provide corrections when needed.
Our learners prepare for classes, and the classes themselves are mainly conversational. Teachers speak ~10% while learners speak ~90% of the class.
Throughout these 5 years, we have kept the satisfaction of our learners and companies we have collaborated with at 100%. We plan to keep it that way. We are looking for a person who will fit into our team when it comes to energy, core values and ability to help our learners achieve the confidence and fluency they are here to achieve.

The purpose of our collaboration is for everyone to benefit from it – the learner, the teacher and the school. Together, through clear and precise communication, we make sure everyone needs are met.
Our teachers can expect to learn and improve their teaching methodology and receive constructive feedback on a regular basis.
Of course, regular payment (between the first and fifth of the following month) is guaranteed.
For the start, we offer a part-time engagement, however we will be happy to discuss full-time options after 3 months of our collaboration.
Pay rate is 800-950 RSD per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and performance.

Fill in the application form. Please make sure that it includes all the information we ask for, otherwise, it will not be taken into consideration.

If your application meets our needs, we will schedule a 10-15 minute conversation in English, to get to know you as a person, and see if our methodologies and values match.

If the conversation goes well, you then familiarize with our methods and guidelines, and have two demo lessons (15 minutes each), where you show how you handle our materials and methodology in a class simulation. After each demo class you receive constructive feedback.
If all three steps go well, we set up your teacher profile, and you are ready to start helping your learners gain confidence and fluency in using the English language.
Most of our learners take individual classes, and they like having one teacher. We are looking for someone who can commit to this job and enjoy in it long term.
